2. Collection and Use of Personal Data

Superbench collects and uses personal data on behalf of Companies to provide efficient sales and scheduling processes with the help of AI chatbots. The personal data may include, but is not limited to, the following:

– Name, phone number, and address: Superbench may collect personal data to facilitate communications and customer support between the Company and the End Customer.

– Calendar access: Superbench may require access to the End Customer’s calendar to facilitate efficient scheduling and appointment management through the AI chatbot.

– Conversations with End Customers: Superbench may access and analyze conversations between the Company and End Customers to fine-tune and train the AI chatbot. Superbench will make its best efforts to mask personal data during this process.

– Intellectual Property: Superbench may create new intellectual property during the performance of the Service, which will belong to Superbench Pte Ltd.

Superbench will retain the End Customers’ Personal Data on behalf of Companies to improve our services and maintain service quality. The personal data processed based on consent will be stored for as long as the relevant consent is not withdrawn and until the expiration of claims resulting from the Service.

 

3. Data Storage and Security

Superbench hosts and stores personal data in various countries. We take appropriate measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data in our possession to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption, firewalls, and physical safeguards.

 

3.1 Google Workspace API Usage

Superbench uses Google Workspace APIs solely to facilitate the sales and scheduling processes provided by our platform. We do not use Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models. Data accessed through these APIs is exclusively for the purposes of delivering and enhancing personalized services on behalf of our clients, in full compliance with Google’s API usage policies.

 

4. Sharing of Personal Data

Superbench does not disclose personal data to third parties, except as necessary to provide and improve our services, as required by applicable laws, or as otherwise permitted under this Privacy Policy. Superbench may share personal data with the following categories of recipients:

– Service Providers: We engage reputable third-party service providers to assist us in delivering our services. These service providers are contractually bound to protect the personal data and can only use it to fulfill the specified purpose.
