Additionally, attempting to extract the source code, translating the web application into other languages, or creating derivative versions is strictly forbidden. All intellectual property rights, including trademarks and copyrights, associated with the web application, remain the sole property of Superbench Pte Ltd.
Superbench Pte Ltd is dedicated to making the web application as effective and user-friendly as possible. As such, we reserve the right to modify or introduce charges for its services at any time, for any reason. We assure you that any potential charges will be communicated clearly before implementation.
The Superbench web application processes personal data provided by you to deliver our services. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your device and the access to the web application. We advise against modifying your device’s software in a way that circumvents its default security, which could expose your device to security risks and potentially impair the functionality of the web application.
The web application utilizes third-party services, which have their own Terms and Conditions:
– Google Analytics for Firebase
– Firebase Crashlytics
Please be aware that Superbench Pte Ltd is not responsible for certain circumstances. The web application’s functionality may depend on an active internet connection, provided either through Wi-Fi or your mobile network. We cannot be held responsible if the web application does not function fully due to lack of internet access or depleted data allowance.
If using the web application without a Wi-Fi connection, your mobile network provider’s terms will apply, potentially resulting in data usage charges, including roaming charges when used outside your home region. You accept responsibility for these charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device used, we assume you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
Superbench Pte Ltd cannot be held responsible for how you use the web application, such as ensuring your device remains charged. We accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, incurred as a result of relying on the web application’s functionality.
We may update the web application and these updates may have system requirements. While we strive to keep the web application compatible and relevant, we do not guarantee perpetual updates. By using the web application, you agree to accept any updates provided. Superbench Pte Ltd reserves the right to discontinue the web application at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must cease using and, if applicable, delete the web application.
User Responsibilities and Conduct: You agree to use the web application responsibly. Any misuse, such as engaging in illegal activities, spamming, or offensive conduct, is strictly prohibited.
Liability Limitations: Superbench Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the web application.
Intellectual Property: All content on the web application, unless otherwise stated, is the exclusive property of Superbench Pte Ltd. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
Termination and Suspension: Superbench Pte Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the web application without notice for any breach of these terms.
Amendments to Terms: Superbench Pte Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will endeavor to provide notice of any significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
